About this program

The Cooperative Development Leadership Program prepares policymakers, county officers, ministry staff and ecosystem enablers to design and finance the systems cooperatives depend on. Participants work on cooperative policy design, blended-finance architecture, market access, capital flows and inter-agency coordination, producing actionable development frameworks for their counties or institutions. It is the program for people who shape the environment rather than run a single cooperative. Graduates earn the Executive Certificate in Cooperative Development Leadership and go on to lead policy, investment and institutional reform.
