Program overview
Lead board-level compliance on SASRA, AML and data protection, and leave with a Board Compliance Action Framework.
The Cooperative Compliance Masterclass is an executive immersion for SACCO boards, CEOs and senior managers who are now personally accountable for governance, AML, and data-protection failures. Sessions map Kenya's multi-agency regulatory architecture (SASRA, FRC, CBK and UFAA) then move into simulation: reviewing a suspicious transaction case, running a data protection gap analysis and building a twelve-month board compliance and audit calendar. Participants leave with a Board Compliance Action Framework and the Certificate of Board-Level Compliance Leadership.
