Program overview
Work out whether rural delivery is viable, with route design, rider models, hub strategies and cost-per-drop economics.
Last Mile Africa covers logistics and distribution into remote and underserved markets where most delivery economics collapse. It addresses route design without formal addressing, delivery agent and rider models, consolidation and hub strategies, cash handling and cash-on-delivery risk, cold chain in low-infrastructure settings and the cost per drop calculations that determine whether rural coverage is viable at all.
